(a) Don't blame me, blame Larry Siedentop. (b) Garibaldi was clearly a nationalist (of the liberal variety), I don't think this is in dispute. (c) Of course I know everything... or at least, a bit about everything... but that comes from Social and Political Sciences, not economics.
